Our client is a new five star deluxe property set in the finest location in Phuket that provides over 400 luxury villas and residences along with well-managed facilities in harmonious surroundings.
Job Description:
- Optimizing the profitability of the business by providing outstanding strategic business, marketing, operational and financial leadership.
- Responsible for maximizing occupancy, increasing F&B income and initiating new ideas that add to the guests’ experiences.
- Monitoring expenditure in relation to budgets, ensuring regular performance reports are compiled.
Qualification:
- Any nationality
- Age between 35 and 45 years
- At least 10 years experience in a 5 star hotel(s) or resort(s) with a minimum of 200 rooms
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written
- Experience in sales, marketing and setting up a new team
- Having management experience working with high quality hotels & resorts.
- Good planning, analytical, budgeting and business presentation skills.
- Strong leadership with very good people management skill
