ZARA Assistant Managers (BASED IN PHUKET & PATTAYA) – Middle Level
Job Responsibilities :
The Assistant Managers will work on floor in the shop and start learning sales associate’s duties at the beginning level.You will be responsible for merchandising and managing day-to-day operations of your section, leading and driving a sales team to achieve predetermined sales targets and meeting customer service standards.
Qualifications:
- Female Thai nationality age between 25-30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 – 5 years experience in the fashion (ladies’/men’s) retail industry
- Advanced computer Skill
- Able to work flexible hours and on weekends
- Able to work at retail shop in the Department Store
- Good leadership Skill
- Strong service minded, Open-minded, hardworking, well-organized, fashion interested
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Good command in English both spoken and written
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and self motivated
- A good problem solver, a team player and able to work independently
- Good discipline
This position will be based in Phuket & Pattaya, our successful candidate should be willing to be relocated to that area or, preferably, currently living in the vicinity.
